Christopher Simmonds Architect Group Construct the Fraser Residence

4

Since 1996 the Canadian architect group Christopher Simmonds has been providing clients with top notch creations ranging anywhere from residential, industrial, and educational projects. Their latest establishment was the Fraser residence located in Ontario. One of the Simmonds’ crew focuses is to be sure that each endeavor is in harmony with it’s surrounding environment, and the Fraser household is no exception. The home is located on a slope, and sits very safe and sound alongside it. The group took advantage of the uneven site by conveniently inserting the garage into the first floor, almost below ground level. The inside of the home is furnished with modern and contemporary pieces, and the dark woods all throughout the house compliment the white walls very well. There are stainless steel accents placed all over as well, giving this spot an even sharper look. Neutral colored bricks and various kinds of woods coat the outside of the home, making it aesthetically pleasing when viewing curbside.
