Hailing from New York, four brothers, Andre, Brian, Christopher, and Jason Dalyrimple made up the R&B group, Soul For Real. Their reign in the 1990's led to many top hits such as "Candy Rain" and "Every Little Thing I Do". Starting off their career in 1992, the group first signed to Uptown Records and released their first studio album, Candy Rain which included their first hit that was produced by the one and only, Heavy D. In 1996, the group teamed up with Sean Combs, better known as, Puff Daddy, to release their second studio album, For Life. In the early 2007, Soul For Real launched their own label, Aljoba Music Group which included a future release of a fourth album. Although side projects are in the works, there hasn't been any major activity from the group. While we see what the 90's group can bring back, "Candy Rain" is forever etched into the top R&B hit list.
