Prices and Payment:

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any given time without prior notice.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Sales tax will be charged on all In-Store and Online purchases in the State of Nevada
  • We only accept Paypal on International orders
  • We do not accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover/Paypal Gift Cards

All payments are processed using SSl Encryption Technology. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol developed for the secure transmission of private information over the internet. SSl utilizes a private key to encrypt your personal information including credit card information while it is transferred over the internet.

Shipping and Handling

All orders ship within 48 hours. Domestic shipping is United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. International shipping is either United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL Express Worldwide at our discretion. Customers will be emailed tracking information as soon as there order has been shipped. The following may be used as a timeline for shipping. Please note this is a timeline and shipping times may vary based on location. We do not guarantee these shipping times as a third party handles delivery variances are out of our control.

  • Domestic USPS Priority Mail 3 – 5 Days
  • International USPS Priority Mail 7 – 10 Days
  • International USPS Express Mail 3 – 5 Days
  • International DHL Express 3 – 5 Days

International Buyers: Depending on your location you may be held responsible for customs and duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility and Feature has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office. Packages that are returned due to duties unpaid will be refunded upon receipt. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Phone/Email Orders 

Due to certain online selling restrictions certain items are listed as available via phone/email order. You can call 702-463-3322 during normal business hours to place an order or email info@featurelv.com. If emailing an order please include the style, size, and description in your request. We will send an invoice via Paypal for the item and shipping cost. You do not have to have a Paypal in order to complete payment you can check out as a guest with your credit card. Tracking will be emailed within 48 hours of order placement.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with the item you purchased from Feature, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit (if your item qualifies, IE not a final sale product or sale item). Please ship your item back to:

We suggest shipping your item back trackable and insured, as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages. Please note the item you would like to receive in exchange or opt for the store credit option. Store credits will be valid via our online store only. Store credits will be issued for original purchase price minus initial shipping cost when customers have taken advantage of our free shipping promotion. Shipping will be your responsibility both ways for exchanges. Please note all limited release product, sale items, and items purchased using special discounts/sale promotions are FINAL SALE. All items must be returned in the following condition.

All items purchased from December 14th through December 28th will qualify for an extended exchange date of January 8th. Same stipulations listed above apply.
