Feature'd Architecture: 'Vertical Forest' Tower by Lawson Stefano Boeri

Italian architect Stefano Boeri extrudes residential units in his plans for a second 'Vertical Forest' tower in Lausanne, Switzerland. The project will be home to more than 100 trees as part of 32,300 square feet of greenery. Apartment units protrude from the structure offering views towards the adjacent Lake Geneva. Construction for the project is set to start in 2017.
