Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS & UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between 2-5 business days. You can exchange or receive store credit for products within 14 days. Please note that all products returned have to be in its original condition, including labels and original packaging. Shipping will be your responsibility both ways for exchanges. If opting for store credit the credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus original shipping cost (when shipping is free). Please note all limited release product, sale items, and items purchased using special discounts/sale promotions are FINAL SALE.
