Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to the countries you’re able to choose between. If you can’t find your country there we’re sorry to say that we don’t.

How do I pay for the products?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that some American and Canadian card companies can have a block against foreign purchases and what you have to do then is to just tell them to remove it.

The payment doesn't go through?

Due to security reasons your card must be issued in the same country as you place the order from and the shipping address must also be in that same country.

What is the delivery time?

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS & UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between 2-5 business days. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Why can't I order the item I want?

If you can't choose a certain size or item that means that it's sold out. We do our best to keep well stocked with popular items, but sometimes they are sold out. First come, first served.

Where are you based?

The Feature head office is in Las Vegas, Nevada. We handle everything in the web shop from Vegas because we have our warehouse here.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Contact us at info@featurelv.com and use your order number as subject and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

How do I return an item?

We apologize that your item did not work out.

Please click the link to the Feature Return Center to begin the returns process.

All questions regarding an item's return qualification can be found on the home page of the link above.

**On the “Returns Page” please enter the email you used for your order. You will be emailed the return instructions. Returns will only be accepted for items within 14 days from delivery of the product. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE items and any LIMITED REALEASE products are considered FINAL SALE and will NOT be eligible for return. There are some other products that may not be eligible for return as well. This information will be reflected on the product page. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. Please DO NOT tape the shipping label directly to any shoe box. This makes the product unsellable and these packages will be refused and returned to the sender. Once the return is processed the customer will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the return shipping fee (fees vary by size, weight and location). A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return. The online store credit CAN NOT be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are fast and we haven’t packed it yet we might be able to help you.

Do I have to have an account to order?

Yes! But you will automatically create an account when you are placing your first order.

How do I get the latest information from Feature?

Sign up to our newsletter and visit the Feature website frequently.

How are the sizes listed?

All shoes are listed as US men's sizes unless the product titles include women's, kids, or infants.

Do I get an order confirmation from you after I placed an order?

Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received a order or shipping confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at info@featurelv and we will look into it.
