Our latest collaboration efforts with Carrie Lynn’s Plants introduce a retro aesthetic with modern stylings and fine cuts commonly seen within our repertoire. Carrie Lynn’s Plants is a small business in Las Vegas that makes a big impact within the plant and sustainability industry. Located in Downtown Summerlin, Carrie Lynn’s Plant educates and provides consumers with a variety of greenery along with eco-friendly interior decorum and lifestyle products. They are more than a plant shop- they’ve developed a community of passionate individuals that share the love of plants and reducing the green footprint within the world. The most recent addition of our Hidden Gems series, we sat down with the creator of Carrie Lynn’s Plants, Brooklyn, to gain a deeper understanding of the development and rising success of her brand. The distinct aesthetic seen within Carrie Lynn’s portfolio harps on a groovy and retro vibe with hints of whimsical and inspirational details. This unique combination of themes allowed for varying artistry when it came down to designing the collection. We wanted to make sure we encompassed both of our brands within our clothing selection therefore we highlight botanical illustrations with our distinct branding and contemporary finish. 

An introduction of hoodies and sweatpants makes its way within the collection as they can be worn together as a set or separately. The pieces are given natural complexions that are reminiscent of mother earth. Monk’s Robe is a rich brown hue whereas Oil Green and Basil play with variants of the color green. The Plantship Hoodie is decorated with printed graphics upon the chest and sleeves. Vines, leaves, and florals are incorporated with the clean-cut lettering that highlights the collaboration. Both the pants and hoodie are made with a 14oz heavyweight complexion courtesy of the premium cotton utilized within its construction. The hoodie’s style is made for an oversized finish whereas the sweatpants fit comfortably with a standard design. 

The collection also introduces a selection of t-shirts in varying colorways. The Painting Tee displays a mosaic rendition of potted plants with accents of vibrant colors. The phrase ‘Plant For The Planet’ is highlighted at the top as a remembrance to take care of the place we inhabit. This mural is seen upon the back whereas the front takes a minimalist approach with our combined branding printed at the chest. In addition to the Painting Tee, we are also met with the All Things Groovy Tee. In the colorway Cannoli Cream and Falcon, the shirt’s rear side focuses on a retro graphic that implements a rainbow, mushrooms, a character motif, and our rendered branding. The bright colors intertwined with the graphics stand out against the neutral base- making it applicable to any outfit. Both of the tees are constructed for a standard fit which is highlighted by their premium cotton fabrication. The casual tee is elevated with a medium-weight complexion and quality craftsmanship.
